六（2）班 张天睿：

大家好，我是六二班的张天睿。很荣幸能成为本周的升旗手，站在国旗下，我感到无比骄傲和自豪。我学习认真，也是老师的得力助手。我兴趣爱好广泛，喜欢看书，踢足球，跳舞等。非常感谢老师和同学们能给我这次机会。最后祝同学们能在期末考试中取得自己满意的成绩，谢谢大家。

Hello everyone. I am Raymond from class 2grade 6.I study hard and I am also the teacher’s helper. I have a wide range of interests, such as reading, playing football, dancing and so on. Thank you very much for giving me this chance. Finally, I wish the students can get good result in the final exam. Thank you.

各位老师，各位同学，大家早上好！我是来自一（6）班的卢熙玥。今天，很荣幸能够成为新一轮的升旗手，我会带着这份荣誉，继续努力的！

    Good morning! My name is Luna. I’m from Grade One, Class Six. It is a great honor to be a flag raiser today. I will keep trying. Thank you！

升旗仪式发言

相信大家都知道，这个“疫情”指的就是新型冠状病毒疫情。

这个病毒一旦被感染，轻者引起发热、咳嗽、气促和呼吸困难等不良症状；重者可导致肺炎、严重急性呼吸综合征、肾衰竭，甚至死亡。这场疫情，和我们每一个人都息息相关，那么，如何才能有效地防控新冠疫情呢？

具体方法如下：

一、养成良好的锻炼习惯。加强锻炼，增强体质，提升免疫力。 

二、远离人多且封闭的环境。尽量避免前往人群密集、空气流通不佳的场所。 

三、养成良好的生活习惯。坚持每日开窗通风，保持室内空气新鲜；认真洗手，要用肥皂或洗手液，采用六部洗手法搓洗。 

四、避免与感染着密切接触。平时出门时，应佩戴医用防护口罩，如发现有感冒症状时，尽早就医，减少疾病传播。 

相信，如果我们每个人从我做起，认真做好防控工作，2021年，我们一定能战胜疫情！

Hello everyone, I'm Li Kunshan from class 3 grade6 The theme of my speech under the National Flag today is: joint prevention and control mechanism under the virus situation.

We are flustered by the virus, but I think we should meet the following requirements

1. Wear disposable medical mask correctly. 

2. Try to avoid crowded and closed places, such as having to wear masks. 

3. Keep good personal healthy habits, wash hands more often and drink more water without touching eyes, nose or mouth with dirty hands.

4. Keep the classroom environment clean, keep the classroom well ventilated and warm every day.

Keep a distance of more than 1 meter between people, and wear a mask when many people study together.
