学部概况

    高中学部（十至十二年级）每个年级各设2至4个班，每班约30名学生左右，实行小班化教学。

    学部严格执行国家课程，同时结合高中生的成长特点，全面推进素质教育。重视各学科知识拓展，满足不同层面学生的学科学习需求。学部采取了积极举措，建立了较为宽松合理的教师配备机制，即：师生比为4:30，用心办学是全体教师的职责使命，实现浦东新区含区重点在内的教育教学质量第一是学部办学的目标。学部注重学生个性化教学，突出因材施教，为每位学生清晰制定个性化的大学入学目标。个别特优学生学部与北大金秋教育中心联合开设了旨在共同培养、瞄准北大方向的精英学生培养课程，积极推进课程实施，以培养学科拔尖人才，夯实学生核心素养，对标以北大为代表的人才培养计划。

   预估首届高中毕业生中个别学生有望争取被北大录取，985/211院校录取率约为12%，一本院校录取率约为40%，本科院校录取率约为95%。

The High School Section runs 2 to 4 classes per grade, with approximately 30 students in each class, adopting small-size class teaching.

The section strictly implements the national curriculum and comprehensively promotes quality-oriented education in line with the developmental characteristics of high school students. It emphasizes the expansion of knowledge across all subjects to meet the learning needs of students at different levels. Positive measures have been taken to establish a relaxed and rational teacher allocation mechanism, with a teacher-student ratio of 4:30. It is the mission of all teachers to pursue excellence in education, and the section aims to achieve top educational quality in the Pudong New Area, including among district key schools.

The section focuses on personalized instruction and highlights “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”, setting clear personalized university admission goals for each student. For exceptionally outstanding students, the section has jointly launched an elite training program with the Peking University Golden Autumn Education Center, targeting preparation for Peking University. The program is actively implemented to cultivate top academic talents, strengthen students’ core competencies, and align with talent development initiatives represented by Peking University.
