学部概况
初中学部（六至九年级）共24个班级，六个班平行。每班约32名学生左右，实行小班化教学，师生比为3.5:32，确保了教师能关注到每一位学生的学习状况和课间对话。
学部全面贯彻国家课程标准，在夯实各学科基础的同时，重点强化理科与英语学科教学，注重课堂学科知识的横向拓展和纵向延伸；学部实施全方位、人性化的激励性评价，鼓励学生好好学习、天天向上。同时，根据不同学生的兴趣爱好，开设游泳、网球、高尔夫、棒球等体育课程及前沿AI课程，以多元课程体系为学生搭建更为丰富的学习体验平台。六至八年级选拔理科成绩优异且有爱好的学生开展培优培育；针对学有余力且热爱数理化的学生专门开设理科精英班，实施精准培养。此外，学部推行以班级为单位的“学分制银行”育人制度，营造良好学习风气，注重学生综合素养发展，着力加强全体学生心理健康与人文素养的培育；视学情为依据实行走班制教学，落实因材施教，实现办学质量浦东第一的目标。
历年初中毕业生中，约65%考入市重点高中，95%以上达到区重点高中录取水平，高中录取率为100%，中考均分浦东之首。一批学生在参加上海市、全国乃至国际级各类比赛中频频获奖，获奖人数众多。
The Secondary School(Grade 6 to 9) has a total of 24 classes, with six classes at each grade. Each class has approximately 32 students, and small-class teaching is implemented. The teacher-student ratio stands at 3.5:32, ensuring that teachers can attend to each student’s academic communicate with them during breaks.
The school fully implements the national curriculum standards. While consolidating the foundation of all subjects, it focuses on strengthening the teaching of science and English, and emphasizes both horizontal expansion and vertical extension of subject knowledge in class. A comprehensive, people-oriented and incentive-based evaluation system is adopted to encourage students to study hard and make progress every day. Meanwhile, a variety of courses are offered based on students’ interests, including physical education courses such as swimming, tennis, golf and baseball, as well as AI courses, building a richer learning experience platform for students through a diversified curriculum system. From Grade 6 to 8, students with outstanding academic performance and strong interest in science are selected for intensive training. A Science Elite Class is specially established for students with strong academic ability and passion for mathematics, physics and chemistry, providing them with targeted and precise training. In addition, the section implements a class-based "Credit Bank" education mechanism to foster a positive learning atmosphere, focus on the development of students’ comprehensive qualities, and strengthen the cultivation of students’ mental health and humanistic literacy. Flexible class grouping is carried out according to students’ academic conditions to implement individualized teaching, achieving the goal of being ranked first in Pudong New Area in terms of educational quality.
Over the years, about 65% of the junior high school graduates have been admitted to municipal key high schools, more than 95% have met the admission criteria for district key high schools, and the overall high school admission rate stands at 100%. The average score in the Senior High School Entrance Examination ranks first in Pudong New Area. A large number of students have won frequent awards in various competitions at the Shanghai municipal, national and even international levels.
