学部概况

    小学学部（一至五年级）共30个班级，六个班平行。每班约32名学生左右，实行小班化教学，师生比为3.5:32，确保了教师能关注到每一位学生的学习状况和课间对话。

    学部全面贯彻国家课程，重点突出数学学科和英语学科，重视课堂学科知识的横向拓展和纵向延伸；学部实施全方位、人性化的激励性评价，鼓励学生好好学习、天天向上。同时，根据不同学生的兴趣爱好，开设游泳、网球、棒球、高尔夫以及AI相关的项目化课程，丰富学生的学习生活。自三年级起，为学有余力且富有天赋、对数学抱有浓厚兴趣的学生开设数学精英班且实施专项培养。

近年来，学生在全面发展与个性成长方面均取得显著进步，实现上海第一至第三的教育教学质量的办学目标，众多的学生在浦东新区、上海市、全国乃至世界各级各类比赛中屡获殊荣。此外，小学学部毕业的70%～80%的学生可直接升入本校中学学部继续就读。

The Primary School (Grade 1 to 5) has a total of 30 classes, with six classes at each grade. Each class has approximately 32 students, and small-size class education is implemented. The teacher-student ratio is 3.5:32, ensuring that teachers can attend to each student’s learning progress and communicate with them during breaks.

The section fully implements the national curriculum, with a strong emphasis on mathematics and English. It attaches great importance to the horizontal expansion and vertical extension of subject knowledge in class. A comprehensive, people-oriented and incentive-based evaluation system is adopted to encourage students to study hard and make progress every day. Meanwhile, based on students’ diverse interests, a variety of project-based courses are offered, including swimming, tennis, baseball, golf and AI-related programs, enriching students’ learning experiences.Starting from Grade 3, a Mathematics Elite Class is established for students who are academically advanced, gifted and have a strong passion for mathematics, providing them with specialized training.

In recent years, students have made remarkable progress in both all-round development and personal growth. The school has achieved its educational goal of ranking among the top three in Shanghai in terms of teaching quality. A large number of students have won numerous awards in various competitions at the Pudong New Area, Shanghai, national and even international levels.In addition, 70% to 80% of graduates from the Primary School Section can directly advance to the Secondary School Section of the same school for further education.
